Budyn is a chocolate flavored dessert (custard) with a smooth and velvety consistency.
Simple to make all you need is 750 ml of milk (3 glasses) & 3 tablespoons of sugar (60 g) .
Cooking Instructions:
Diivide mixture into equal portations 1 glass of milk & stir.
Boil the remaiing 2 glasses of milk.
Removed the boiled milk & add 1 glass of milk with mixture
Pour the remianing contents of mixture all together and stir constantly till thick & creamy.
