Yes, minimum order for delivery is $99.
What are your shipping fees?
- $99–$148 → $19.95 refrigerated delivery
- $149–$198 → just $9.95 refrigerated delivery
- $199+ → delivery's on us, completely FREE
What is the return policy?
Because it's fresh food, we can't take back smallgoods once they've been delivered. These are food safety rules, not us being difficult. But if there's a problem with quality or your order, tell us and we'll make it right.
When will my order arrive?
We ship on Tuesday to Friday and aim to get your order to you within 3 to 5 days (pending stock availability). We only send when we know it'll arrive cold and in good nick so we avoid posting before weekends or public holidays where it'd sit in a depot.
